Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the Pick7 app (the “Service”), operated by Alessandro Facchini (“we”). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms.
1. The Service
Pick7 is a single-match fantasy football game: you build a 7-player lineup, earn points from their real performances, collect virtual cards and take part in leaderboards, trades, leagues, tournaments and divisions. The Service is free and has no in-app purchases.
2. No gambling
Pick7 is not a gambling service: you cannot stake, deposit or win real money. Cards, points, trophies and cosmetics are virtual items with no monetary value.
3. Accounts and requirements
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If your country sets a higher age for consenting to online data processing on your own (in Italy it is 14), you need the consent of a parent or guardian.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.
- One account per person. Provide truthful information and keep it up to date.
4. Rules of conduct
You must not:
- use bots, scripts, exploits or any automated means to alter scores, leaderboards, trades or tournaments;
- create or use multiple accounts to gain an advantage (including division leaderboards and trades);
- pick usernames that are offensive, misleading or infringe others’ rights;
- interfere with the operation of the Service or access systems and data not intended for you.
Breaking these rules may lead to voided scores and cards, suspension, or account termination.
5. Virtual items
Cards, cosmetics, trophies and any other virtual content are licensed to you on a limited, personal, non-transferable basis, usable only within the Service. They may not be sold, assigned or exchanged outside the App’s intended features (e.g. user-to-user trades). They have no monetary value and are non-refundable.
6. Intellectual property
The App, the Pick7 brand, graphics and software are owned by us or our licensors. Player, club and competition names, logos and match data belong to their respective owners; sports data is supplied by third-party providers. Pick7 is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any league, federation or club.
7. Availability and changes to the Service
The Service is provided “as is”. We may change, suspend or discontinue it (in whole or in part) at any time, including for maintenance or causes beyond our control, such as unavailability of sports data. Scores and statistics derive from third-party data and may contain errors or be corrected. If the provider fails to deliver a match’s statistics, that match is voided: it awards no points, enters no leaderboard, and cards unlocked from it are revoked. If the data arrives late, the void is lifted and scores and cards come back.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Service, nor for loss of virtual items due to errors, suspension or discontinuation of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits consumers’ non-waivable statutory rights.
9. Account termination
You may delete your account at any time (see Account deletion). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the App with reasonable notice; continued use after they take effect counts as acceptance.
11. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the rights granted by the law of the country where you live. For consumers, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction.
